A nursery group with two sites, in Aylesbury and High Wycombe, and around 20 staff between them, had a connectivity problem at the Wycombe site. Part of the building had no usable Wi-Fi.
What iNREACH delivered
iNREACH quoted a more efficient connectivity option for the site and put Wi-Fi coverage into the area that didn’t have any.
Print came out of that same first meeting. The Wycombe site moved onto a Ricoh A3 device, serviced for the length of the agreement, at a lower cost than it had been paying.
Telecoms followed at Aylesbury, on iNTALK with lines. Print at Aylesbury’s planned for when the timing suits the group.
The Ricoh went in on a service contract covering all parts, all labour and all call-outs for the length of the agreement, so a fault doesn’t turn into a quote.
Working in a childcare setting
Anyone from iNREACH who visits a customer site is DBS checked, sales and engineers alike, and that’s managed centrally rather than arranged per visit. Installation and maintenance are booked around the setting, so the disruptive work happens when the fewest children are in.
The outcome
Costs came down across both sites, and the group has control over what it’s paying for and where.
Each site has a named account manager, and support is answered in-house from the iNREACH office in Milton Keynes.
Two sites, one supplier
If you run more than one site, the technology tends to arrive a piece at a time and from whoever’s nearest. iNREACH supplies connectivity, phone systems and print from its Milton Keynes head office, with support answered in-house.
