Responsibilities will include:
Driving continued sales to an established customer portfolio
Developing self-generated and Telesales new business opportunities
Management of sales pipelines
Meeting agreed KPI’s and targets
Nurturing strong client relationships
Accurately updating the CRM system
Pipeline, Opportunity and Revenue achievement
The successful candidates will demonstrate:
A personality suited to sales and to sell within a competitive environment
Excellent pipeline management skills
Competent, confident negotiation skills
A flexible sales technique and ability to suit clients at all levels

Field-Based Printer/Copier Engineer
Location: Various locations, field-based

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated field-based Printer/Copier Engineer to join our team at iNREACH Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of MFD’s and related equipment at customer sites. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain printers/copiers and related equipment at customer sites.
* Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues with MFD’s
* Perform routine maintenance and preventative measures to ensure optimal device performance.
* Provide technical support and training to customers on printer usage and troubleshooting.
* Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
* Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a printer engineer or similar role.
* Strong technical knowledge of printers, copiers, and related equipment.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
* Experience with the following manufacturers would be advantageous: Ricoh, Canon, Epson, Develop, Lexmark
Education and Experience:
* At least 1 years of experience in a similar field-based role.
