sECTORS · Finance & Professional Services

One supplier for finance and professional services.

IT, phones and print for around 80 finance and professional services firms. Family run, Cyber Essentials certified, answering our own phones since 1998.

TECHNOLOGY THAT WORKS FOR BUSINESS

Better Technology. Better Support.

Most financial and professional services firms we speak to already have their technology in place. They’ve got an IT provider, a phone system, printers on a contract, and a rough idea of which of those is working and which isn’t.

What they’re usually looking for is a better version of what they’ve got, from someone who picks up the phone.

We work with around 80 firms in this sector: financial advisers, insurance brokers, accountants, leasing companies and consultancies. We’ve been doing it since 1998.

Law firms and accountancy practices should start with our Legal and Accountancy page, which goes further into document handling and retention.

One Account

Family run, and easy to deal with.

iNREACH supplies and supports IT, business communications, managed print and audio visual. All four are delivered by our own people, from our own offices, and all four sit on one account.

We’re a family run business, and what clients tell us they value most is that dealing with us is straightforward.

If your IT’s with one company, your phones with another and your printers with a third, every problem starts with working out whose problem it is. When all of it sits with us, you have one account manager who knows your setup across every service, one number to ring, and one bill.

Your account manager stays with you from the first order onward. They don’t change when you add a service, and they don’t change when your contract renews. Regular account reviews happen at whatever frequency suits you.

Switching

Moving from three suppliers to one.

Firms rarely change everything at once, and we wouldn’t suggest you did.

Contracts end at different times. Mobile agreements need to be in their final stretch before they can move. IT support might be running month to month, or on a twelve month term, or ad hoc. Print is usually on a longer term.

So we start by looking at what you’ve got, what’s coming up for renewal, and what can move now without a penalty.

We can take on one service first, get that working, and bring the others across as they become free. The end point is everything on one contract, one renewal date, one point of support and one bill.

If you’d rather keep it to one service, that’s fine too.

Not sure what you’re tied into? Send us your current contracts and we’ll tell you what can move and when. It takes one phone call and there’s nothing to sign.

Security

Keeping client financial data secure.

Every firm in this sector holds information that belongs to somebody else, and keeping your clients’ financial information secure is the whole job. It’s the single thing raised most often across every sector we work in.

We approach it the same way across every service we supply:

IT and cloud
Systems monitored, backed up, and tested. We check backups actually restore rather than assuming they will. Cloud Managed Services

Cyber security
Email security, awareness training, patching and dark web monitoring, with immediate escalation to senior support. Cyber Security

Print
Documents held securely on the device or in the cloud, with release controlled by PIN or by user. Managed Print Services

Phone systems
Call recording available, with storage set to the retention period you need. Hosted Telephony

Where your data sits
Hosted in UK tier four data centres and replicated across more than one site, so a problem at one facility doesn’t take your access with it. Private Cloud Services

No obligation

Free assessments that tell you where you actually stand.

You don’t need to be a client to run them.

Compliance

Compliance.

Your obligations under GDPR, the FCA and the ICO belong to you. What we do is make sure the technology you buy from us lets you meet them.

Everything we supply comes from manufacturers and software providers whose products meet UK regulatory requirements. We only sell and support products that do.

We’re Cyber Essentials certified, and we work to ISO 9001 standards.

Managed print

Reporting, records and print.

Financial and professional services work runs on accurate reporting, and on being able to find a record again when somebody asks for it.

We supply the machines and the software that scan, index and archive documents into whatever file structure suits your firm. Scanning happens at the device and the file lands where it should, without anyone dragging it into a folder afterwards.

What matters most here is who can get at it afterwards. Documents are held securely on the device or in the cloud rather than sitting in an output tray, and release is controlled by PIN or by user, so a client file doesn’t end up in front of somebody who has no reason to see it.

Rules-based print management sits alongside that. You decide who can print, who can print in colour, and where large jobs get routed.

Nobody goes paper-free. We help firms print a lot less and manage what’s left properly, and our Document Management Services page goes further into scanning, indexing and retention.

Responsiveness

When the market moves before you do.

Advisers do not get to choose when things happen. Markets shift, prices move, and clients want to speak to somebody about it that morning rather than next week.

That puts the pressure on the phone system as much as anything else, because everyone tends to ring at once. It also means the systems holding client information have to be reachable straight away, wherever the adviser happens to be.

It is worth telling your account manager how your firm works, so the setup matches the pace you need to work at rather than the one a supplier assumed.

Multi-site & remote

Working from anywhere.

Hybrid working affects this sector in a way it doesn’t affect some of the others we work in.

Our phone systems come with a mobile app, so wherever someone is, they appear to be in the office. Print goes to the cloud and gets released at whichever site the person is standing in, or gets archived to a folder without being printed at all. IT support works the same wherever your team logs on from.

If your firm runs across more than one office, all of it is designed to work as one setup, with the same security at every site. Our Hybrid Working Solutions and Business Mobile pages go into more detail.

Support

When something breaks.

Every provider says they answer quickly. What’s worth knowing is who you actually get.

Calls come into our office in Milton Keynes and are answered by our own team. You get a person who can start diagnosing the problem while you’re still on the line.

Everything starts with phone and remote support. Most problems get sorted that way. Where they can’t be, we send an engineer, and our engineers carry the most commonly used parts with them. All parts are stocked at our head office.

Service contracts on print, IT, comms and AV cover all parts, all labour and all call-outs. Across the business we run at 99.9% uptime. Out of hours cover is available where you need it.

More on how our helpdesk works is on the IT Support page.
