Hybrid Working Solutions.

The technology that lets your team work from the office, from home or on the move, with the same access and the same phone number wherever they are. Supplied, installed and supported in-house from our Milton Keynes office.

About This Service

What hybrid working actually needs.

A great deal has been written about what hybrid working is. Much less about what a business needs in place to make it work properly.

In practice it comes down to two things. We supply the hardware and the software behind both, whether your team is at home, at a remote office or on the move. One company, one account manager, and one number to call when something isn’t working.

iNREACH GROUP · AUDIO VISUAL DIVISION

Your team can reach the network, the files and the systems they need from wherever they are working.

They can make and take calls on your business number without sitting at a desk, because the phone system is part of that same network.

What We Deliver

It comes down to access and calls.

One company supplies and supports the hardware and software behind both.

Hybrid working moves your business onto laptops in kitchens, spare rooms and rented desks. The setup behind that has to give people proper access without opening your business up.

We supply and configure the hardware and software that makes it work: the devices themselves, secure remote access to your network, and the cloud environment your files and applications sit in. Whether that’s a private cloud setup hosted at a local tier four data centre, a public cloud platform we manage for you, or a mix of both, your team reaches the same systems from home as they would from their desk.

Backups and security configuration are part of the same job rather than an afterthought. We test backups regularly and prove they restore, because a backup nobody has tested is not really a backup. Where you want a clearer picture of where your business is exposed, our cyber security team runs DMARC testing, dark web reporting and penetration testing.

Documents are handled the same way. Cloud-based printing and document management mean people can send, scan and access what they need without needing kit at home for it.

Most of the businesses we work with run on Microsoft 365, and for hybrid working it does a lot of the heavy lifting. Files in one place everyone can reach. Email that works the same on a laptop at home as it does at a desk. Teams for the conversations that used to happen across an office.

We supply and manage the licences, so there’s one company handling the subscription, the setup and the support rather than a portal you administer yourself. We also manage the security side: sign-in monitoring, malicious login detection and the settings that decide who can reach what.

The part worth getting right is what sits around it. Microsoft 365 handles the documents and the collaboration. It doesn’t handle your phone system, your meeting rooms or the connection each person is working over, and those are the things that decide whether hybrid working actually holds together day to day.

This is where hybrid working most often falls down. Calls go to a desk phone nobody is sitting at, and clients get voicemail.

A cloud-based phone system fixes that. Your business number rings wherever you decide it should: a handset on a desk, an app on a laptop, a mobile in a car park. Your team keeps their extension, transfers calls to each other exactly as they would in the office, and the person calling you has no idea where anyone is.

We design, install and support our own hosted phone system, iNTALK, entirely in-house, which means changes can be made mid-contract without waiting on a third party’s terms. Adding users, changing how calls route, moving someone from office to home: all of it can be done as your business changes.

Hybrid meetings are only as good as the room they run from. If the camera covers half the table, or the people at home can’t hear anyone sitting more than a metre from the microphone, the meeting belongs to whoever turned up in person.

We design meeting rooms around the room itself and build them multi-platform, so anyone can connect whatever their business runs on.

Not every remote worker is at home with a broadband line. We supply business mobile with pooled data shared across your team, so usage is assessed across everyone rather than capped person by person, along with mobile device management as part of the service.

Home broadband is the part nobody plans for. Someone joins the team in an area with a poor line, or a remote site needs connectivity before a fixed line can be installed, and the whole setup falls over for that person. We supply 4G and 5G connections for exactly those situations, alongside leased lines, and combinations of them where a business cannot afford to lose connectivity at all.

WHY BUSINESSES CHOOSE iNREACH

One team behind all of it.

Hybrid working touches your network, your phones, your meeting rooms and your mobiles at once, and it is usually the joins between those things that cause problems. For businesses running all of it through one company, there is one place to call and one team who already knows how the whole setup fits together.

When something isn’t working, you call us and our team answers centrally from our Milton Keynes office. Most problems are resolved on that call through phone and remote support, and our UK-based engineers come out when a fault genuinely needs someone on site. Across everything we support, our clients see 99.9% uptime.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about hybrid workplace solutions.

Hybrid working solutions are the technology that lets a team work from the office, from home or on the move without losing access or losing calls. In practice that means secure access to your network and cloud systems, and a phone system that works on any device rather than only at a desk. iNREACH supplies the hardware and the software behind both, and supports them afterwards.
Not quite. Remote working means working away from the office, whether that’s at home, at a client site or anywhere else. Hybrid working means splitting time between the office and elsewhere. The technology overlaps almost entirely, which is why the same setup covers both.
Two things above all: secure access to your network and files, and a phone system that works away from a desk. Both need a reliable connection at each location, which is why we look at that first. We supply and support all of it.
Yes. With a cloud-based phone system, your business number and each person’s extension follow them, whether they’re using a desk handset, a laptop app or a mobile. Calls transfer between people exactly as they would in the office, and callers hear no difference.
Yes. We supply the laptops, handsets, meeting room hardware and mobile devices, install and configure everything, and support it afterwards. Purchase and flexible finance options are both available.
Yes, both. We supply the licences and manage the setup and the security around them, including sign-in monitoring and the settings controlling who can access what. It means one company handles the subscription, the support and the security, rather than leaving you to administer a portal.
Often, yes. We’ll assess what you have and tell you honestly what’s worth keeping. Where we take on equipment supplied by someone else, we provide phone and remote support for it, with hardware replacement remaining the original supplier’s responsibility. Anything supplied by iNREACH is fully covered.
With a conversation, then an assessment of your current setup: your infrastructure, your phone system, your meeting rooms and how your team actually works across the week. You get a recommendation proposal setting out what we’d change, why, and what it involves, with no obligation to take it further with us.
