MEET MARIA: OUR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR MOBILE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS
Earlier this year, we welcomed a new member to our team. Maria has joined us as our Business Development Manager for Mobile Business Solutions.
This is a newly developed role within iNREACH, which will benefit us and our customers.
WHAT DOES MARIA’S ROLE INVOLVE?
There are three main reasons for us requiring a Business Development Manager for Mobile Business Solutions.
- To Provide Better Service to Our Existing Mobile Customers – Maria has been contacting all our existing customers to ensure they are happy with the service they are receiving and to give them more information on opportunities for their contracts. If you haven’t heard from Maria yet, she will be in touch very soon.
- To Inform Existing Customers in Other Areas About Our Mobile Business Solutions – Many of our Print or IT customers aren’t always aware of the comms services we can provide. Maria will also be speaking to our existing customers in other areas of our business to inform them about what we can offer.
- To Reach Out To New Prospective Customers – Finally, Maria will be looking to grow our Business Mobile Solutions clientele by reaching out to new prospects.
HOW A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR MOBILE SOLUTIONS CAN BENEFIT iNREACH AND OUR CLIENTS
This dedicated job role is great for iNREACH as it provides us with additional resources to invest directly into the Mobile Communications side of our service offering.
It is also great for our clients to have a dedicated account manager to enhance the service we can deliver. Maria can help our clients ensure they are getting the most cost-effective mobile solutions for their business. All of our customers will receive regular touch points from Maria to ensure they are receiving the best deals and devices for their particular needs.
ABOUT MARIA
Maria has been working with us since the beginning of August and has settled into the team well. In her previous role, she worked as a customer adviser for one of the major mobile network companies before being promoted to assistant manager. She knows everything about mobile business deals, including mobile specifications, data usage, and business contracts.
In her spare time, Maria loves watching Grey’s Anatomy, listening to Indie music, and getting involved in Am Dram. Her lifelong goal is to move to Australia, where she holidayed in her teens and loved the culture and country!
When we asked Maria how she was getting on with her new role at iNREACH, she said, “It’s a really lovely place to work, and I have settled in well. Everyone on the team has been brilliant and welcoming. It’s great talking to the customers and touching base with everyone to see how we can further improve their services.”
