A construction business in Great Missenden, with 17 staff on one site, was already an iNREACH print customer. The print agreement was coming up for upgrade.
What came out of the discovery meetings
A renewal is a reasonable moment to look at what else is going on, so iNREACH asked. The answer was the mobile fleet. Coverage was poor, and the business had been working around it.
What iNREACH delivered
On print, two new Canon multifunctional devices, one A3 and one A4. Costs came down without dropping the specification or the level of service the business was used to.
Construction environments are harder on equipment than offices are, so the devices were chosen for where they were going rather than on specification alone.
On comms, 17 mobiles. iNREACH works with all the major networks rather than one, so the handsets went on the network that’s got coverage where this business actually operates, inside the budget it had.
Data is pooled rather than split per handset. Usage across all 17 is assessed and everyone draws from one shared allowance, which costs less than paying for unlimited data most of them never touch.
The outcome
Mobile coverage improved and print costs came down. Both of those now sit with one supplier, and there’s one account manager across them.
Support is answered in-house from the iNREACH office in Milton Keynes, whichever of the two it concerns.
Coverage where your people actually are
If your signal is poor on site, it’s worth checking whether a different network would do better before you renew with the one you’ve got. iNREACH supplies business mobiles across all the major networks, alongside print, from its Milton Keynes head office.
