From there we design the setup, supply the equipment, install it, and train your team on how to use it before we consider the job finished. Training is part of the installation, and ongoing training is available as your team changes, so the equipment keeps being used to its full potential.

Alongside permanent installations, we provide short-term AV hire for events and temporary requirements. Tell us what you need, where and for how long, and we’ll put the right equipment in place and take it away when you’re done.

You’ll have a dedicated account manager from the start. Six weeks in, you’ll get a call from someone outside your account team, checking the installation, the service and the billing are all as they should be. Ongoing support runs through our audio visual support service: UK-based, in-house, and built around fast replacement if equipment ever fails.
