An engineering firm in Hertford, with 40 to 45 staff, was looking at what its print was costing. The introduction came from another business in the same group, which iNREACH already supplies.
The problem
The firm’s existing supplier had quoted to replace the machines. The quote was for refurbished kit, so they’d have been paying for equipment that had already done a share of its working life.

The outcome
The firm pays £165 a quarter less than it did before, and it’s running two new machines instead of the refurbished ones it had been quoted for.
