TECHNOLOGY FOR RETAIL & HOSPITALITY
One Partner. Everything Connected.
Tills and network sit with one supplier, print with another, phones somewhere else again, and the screens went in years ago through whoever was doing shopfits at the time. None of them is doing a bad job.
It’s the joins that cost you. Every problem starts with working out whose problem it is, every renewal lands in a different month, and nobody owns the whole thing.
iNREACH supplies screens, print, phone systems and IT to around 80 retail and hospitality businesses, most of them running more than one site, and has done since 1998. Store groups, garages and forecourts, shopping centre management, pubs, hotels and venues all sit in there.
One account
What changes when it’s all in one place.
You get an account manager who knows the whole estate rather than one service in it, and a single number to ring whichever site has gone down and whatever has gone wrong with it.
Everything sits on one contract with one renewal date, which means one bill instead of four. That matters more than it sounds when you’re the person who has to explain the technology line in a budget.
Growing estates
Contracts that keep up with the estate.
Our contracts are flexible enough to change with the changing needs of your business. In practice that means adding machines partway through a term, putting more capacity into a site that’s grown, or taking equipment out of one where it isn’t earning its place.
None of that reopens the agreement or starts the term again, and there’s no penalty for growing into it.
Business mobile works the same way, with usage pooled across the business rather than billed site by site. See our Business Mobile page.
New sites
Opening a new site.
IT and comms go in first, because a site can’t trade without them. Print and audio visual follow once the fit-out has reached the stage where they make sense.
Tell us the opening date and we’ll scope the work and put an install plan against it, so the things that have to be live on day one are live on day one.
Switching
How you’d actually move.
Nobody changes four suppliers in a week and we wouldn’t ask you to. Contracts end at different times, mobile agreements need to be near their end date before anything can move, print usually runs longer than the rest, and IT support might be month to month.
So we’d start by going through what sits with each supplier and when each agreement ends, then take on whatever can move without a penalty and bring the rest across as the dates come round.
You might end up with the lot in one place, or decide two services is enough. Either is a reasonable answer.
Digital signage
Head office, and what’s in the stores.
At head office and the regional sites it’s the ordinary business technology: print, phone systems, IT support and the security sitting behind all of it.
In the stores it’s mostly screens, and what that means depends on the shop. It might be a display near a till running offers at the moment somebody’s paying, or something considerably larger in a window or on the side of the building.
Content management software comes with them, so your own team changes what’s showing rather than raising a ticket every time an offer moves. There’s more on our Digital Signage page.
Venues
Hotels, pubs and restaurants.
A hotel and a village pub don’t need the same setup, and we won’t quote them as though they do. Some sites take the lot. Others take a line, a couple of handsets and somebody to ring when the connection behind the card machine drops.
Whichever it is, it’s the same account manager and the same number to call.
Regulations
Screens outside, and what you’re allowed to put there.
Anything facing a public area comes with rules attached, and anything facing a road comes with more of them again, because you don’t get to choose who sees it. Size, brightness and the sort of content you can run are all restricted, which is worth knowing before you budget for a screen rather than after.
Tell us where you want one and we’ll look at the spot and tell you what’s allowed there. Getting the permission is a conversation with your council, though we’ll tell you what you’re likely to need before you start.
Support
When something goes down.
There’s no such thing as a connection that never fails, so what matters is how quickly somebody knows. Where the connection came from us we monitor it, and an alert reaches us when a line drops, often before anyone at your end has noticed.
Calls come into our office and get answered by our own team, so you get a person who can start working the problem out while you’re still on the line.
If it’s hardware it gets swapped, with urgent ones couriered the same day or driven over. If it’s the line itself that usually ends up with Openreach, and we’ll chase it and keep you posted. Service contracts cover all parts, all labour and all call-outs, and out of hours cover is available as required.
Security
Security across every site.
Card data sits with your payment provider. For customer records, supplier accounts, staff files and the email tying it together, the checks are the same wherever a site is.
We’re Cyber Essentials certified, and the certificate is listed on the public IASME register. We work to ISO 9001 standards too.
Backups
Monitored, and tested to confirm they actually restore. Cloud Managed Services
No obligation
Find out where you stand, free.
Three checks we’ll run without you being a client. No cost, no obligation, and the results are yours whatever you decide to do next.
Dark web report
Shows where your company’s email addresses and domains have turned up.

Support
Who picks up.

Most things get sorted over the phone or remotely. Where they can’t be, an engineer comes out carrying the parts most likely to be needed, and service contracts cover all parts, all labour and all call-outs.
