TECHNOLOGY FOR LEGAL & ACCOUNTANCY
Built for the Way Your Practice Works
Somebody needs a file from a matter that closed six years ago. Somebody else can’t get a call through in the last week of March. Neither is dramatic, and both come down to what you bought and who’s looking after it.
iNREACH supplies IT, phone systems, print and document management to around 125 law firms and accountancy practices, and has done since 1998.
One Account
One supplier across IT, phones, print and documents.
iNREACH is a family run business, and we supply four things: IT, business communications, managed print and audio visual. All four come from our own people, and all four sit on one account.
For a practice running separate suppliers, the cost of that is time. Every problem starts with a conversation about whose problem it is, and that’s before anyone’s looked at the fault itself. With us there’s one account manager who knows your whole setup, one number to call, and one bill.
Your account manager stays with you from the first order onward, whether you take one service or all four. Account reviews happen at whatever frequency suits you.
Our contracts are flexible enough to change with the changing needs of your business. If you take on more people or open another office, the contract changes to match instead of being reopened from scratch.
Switching
Moving from more than one supplier.

Firms rarely change everything at once, and we wouldn’t suggest you did.
Contracts end at different times. Mobile agreements need to be in their final stretch before they can move. IT support might be running month to month, or on a twelve month term, or ad hoc. Print is usually on a longer term.
So we start by looking at what you’ve got, what’s coming up for renewal, and what can move now without a penalty. We take on one service first, get it working, and bring the others across as they become free.
The end point is one contract, one renewal date, one point of support and one bill.
Document Management
Documents you can produce years later.
Most firms stopped keeping hard copies a long time ago. What replaced it still has to do the same job: hold a document securely, keep it findable, and let you print it when somebody asks.
We supply the machines and the software that’ll scan, index and archive into a file structure you choose. Most solicitors index by case number and name, with subdirectories for the different parts of a case. Someone puts the papers in the scanner, tells the machine where they’re going, and the file lands in the right place.
Retention’s your decision. Most businesses keep personnel and finance records for seven years, and legal practices usually keep theirs for ten or longer. We provide the storage and you tell us how long you’ll need it for.
We run the same document system internally that we sell.
Full details are on our Document Management Services page.
Managed Print
Getting the print specification right.
Print is one of the biggest things we do for firms in this sector, and it’s where the specification matters most.
Every machine gets specified on volume. How much you print, what kind of work it is, where the machines sit, and who needs to use them. Getting that wrong in either direction causes problems, because a machine that’s underused develops faults just as an overworked one does.
Rules-based print management sits on top. You decide who can print, who can print in colour, and where longer jobs get routed.
Whatever you use to run cases or client files stays where it is. What matters is that the equipment feeds it rather than sitting beside it, so scanning at the device lands in the right matter without anyone re-filing it afterwards, and printing happens from inside the system people already work in.
bUSINESS cOMMUNICATIONS
Call recording, and how long you keep it.
Call recording comes as standard with our phone systems. The part worth thinking about is storage, because the longer you keep recordings the more storage you use, and the more it’ll cost.
Some firms need thirty days. Others need twelve months. Some need considerably longer, particularly where a recording might be referred back to in a matter years afterwards. We’ll ask what you have now and what you’re required to keep, and price it on that.
Our own platform, iNTALK, was designed, built and is supported entirely in-house. That’s the reason we can change your setup part way through a contract without going back to a third party for permission.
Seasonal Load
The weeks when everything has to work.
Every practice has weeks where the work stacks up and nothing can afford to go wrong. For accountancy the pattern is predictable: quarterly for VAT, and annually at the end of March for year end accounts. On the legal side it depends more on the kind of work you do.
Whenever yours falls, it isn’t only the IT that feels it. Your phone system takes the heaviest load at exactly the same time, because every client’s trying to reach you at once.
Your account manager knows when those weeks are coming.
Multi-site & remote
Working across offices, and away from them.
Plenty of practices end up running more than one office, with people moving between them.
Our phone systems come with a mobile app, so wherever someone is they appear to be in the office. IT support works wherever your team logs on from.
Print works the same way. Using cloud print software like Therefore and PaperCut, someone can send a job, travel to another site, and release it when they’re there. Or they can archive it to a folder without printing it at all.
A second or third office gets the same level of security as a single site would. There’s more on our Hybrid Working Solutions and Business Mobile pages.
Security & Compliance
Security and compliance.
Compliance is yours. Your obligations under GDPR and the ICO sit with your practice, and what we do is supply technology that lets you meet them.
We only sell and support products and software that meet UK regulatory requirements, which every manufacturer we buy from has to do to sell here at all.
Conveyancing fraud comes in by email rather than through the network, which is why the defences below matter more here than anything specialised.
Backups
Monitored, and tested to confirm they actually restore. Cloud Managed Services
We’re Cyber Essentials certified, and we work to ISO 9001 standards.
No obligation
Find out where you stand, free.
Three checks we’ll run without you being a client. No cost, no obligation, and the results are yours whatever you decide to do next.

Support
When something breaks.
Every provider says they answer quickly. What’s worth knowing is who you’ll actually get.
Calls come into our Milton Keynes office and are answered by our own team. You get a person who can start diagnosing the problem while you’re still on the line.
Everything starts with phone and remote support, and most problems get sorted that way. Where they can’t be, an engineer comes out carrying the parts most likely to be needed, drawn from the stock held at our head office.
Service contracts cover all parts, all labour and all call-outs, and across the business we run at 99.9% uptime. Out of hours cover is there if you want it.
More on how our helpdesk works is on the IT Support page.
If your firm sits outside legal and accountancy, our Financial and Professional Services page covers advisers, consultancies and brokers.
