Telesales Appointment Booker – Milton Keynes

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our internal Marketing team to help provide sales opportunities for our successful sales teams. You will need to be able to commute to our office based Milton Keynes HQ where the job is office based. We offer a very competitive salary, a generous uncapped commission package and regular incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to book appointments for the sales team.
  • Qualify leads and ensure they meet the criteria for a sales consultation.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and targets.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets.
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months to 3 years experience in telesales, telemarketing, or B2B appointment setting.
  • Confident and engaging phone manner with strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and spark interest in the company’s offerings.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer literacy.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

First Line IT Support Engineer/Technician – Milton Keynes

As a 1st Line IT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues from our customer base. You’ll provide timely and effective support to end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a desire to grow within a supportive IT team. The role is office based at our Milton Keynes HQ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and log incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Escalate complex problems to 2nd/3rd line support as needed.
  • Set up and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
  • Support user account management (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes including device setup and access provisioning.
  • Provide remote and on-site support as required.
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a 1st line IT support role
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with Kaseya products i.e. Autotask, Datto etc(not essential)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
  • Drivers License

Second Line IT Support Engineer/Technician – Milton Keynes

We are seeking a skilled and customer focused Second Line IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for resolving more complex technical issues escalated from first-line support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring high levels of service delivery across the organisation. You will also get involved in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Support Windows and macOS environments, including desktops, laptops, Servers and mobile devices
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Maintain and support internal systems including servers, printers, and network infrastructure
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers for issue resolution
  • Document solutions and contribute to the IT knowledge base
  • Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a second-line IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk)
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator)
