Telesales Appointment Booker – Milton Keynes
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our internal Marketing team to help provide sales opportunities for our successful sales teams. You will need to be able to commute to our office based Milton Keynes HQ where the job is office based. We offer a very competitive salary, a generous uncapped commission package and regular incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to book appointments for the sales team.
- Qualify leads and ensure they meet the criteria for a sales consultation.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and targets.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years experience in telesales, telemarketing, or B2B appointment setting.
- Confident and engaging phone manner with strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and spark interest in the company’s offerings.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer literacy.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
